What are your payment terms and cancellation policy?
50% deposit on placing order, the balance 48hours before delivery. No refund of
deposit if cancelled less than 14 days before delivery.
Are prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
We are not VAT registered.
What happens if something gets damaged or lost?
We have a replacement value on each item, you will be liable for the cost.
Will I be charged extra for cleaning?
Yes, if the item is severely dirty you will be charged extra for cleaning, which is
payable on day of collection.
